We were put in the room directly adjacent to the "Scandal Room" on the second floor. There were tours going through the room at all hours of the day, and multiple nights we were woken up by tours past midnight. The walls are very thin and there was a connecting door that allowed even more sound through to our room so it sounded like someone was talking right next to us. We notified the hotel and they just kept repeating that no tours are given past 10pm--which was not our experience.

Beyond the room felt very dark and oppressive and the hotel decor was underwhelming.
