I am surprised that Acura allows this dealership to represent their brand. I bought my car here with some concern after reading their reviews . I can't say that my sales experience was awful i went in I bought the car and left. No one even showed me a feature on my car. Dan the sales manager was attentive and accommodating until I did the survey from Acura. Dan was very clear that I needed to give them all 5's that nothing else was satisfactory . He told me that Their pay was tied to it and bribed me with a year of oil changes for an ALL 5 star review. I was shocked at the survey expectations because my experience was nothing close. I recently tried to contact Dan for something who of course before the survey was very reachable and said call me anytime .. Just talk to get a review . I recently took my car in for service . My service advisor was nice enough but they were supposed to wash my car. They said they did but I know how I left it and it came back exactly the same.. Lastly, when I asked the service.advisor why they had such bad reviews on Google . He said all the dealerships do.. Um not true.. Look at your competitors ratings .. They are fantastic . After I use up my free coupons Dan bribed me with I won't be coming back.. It's clear that you simply do not care about the customer service you provide.. I may make it my mission to contact the Acura executive office and make sure they know how badly their brand is being represented .. I'm good at that
