I've spent a lot of time in New Orleans and stayed at A LOT of hotels. This is my new favorite hotel and set the bar by which I'll measure every other hotel. The Sazerac bar is fantastic. The staff is so friendly -- greeted my husband and me by name when we arrived. Before arriving, our personal concierge had emailed me to ask if we had any special requests and sent a list of restaurants within walking distance. Sadly, there wasn't time to visit the spa, but I indulged in room service more than once and it did not disappoint!
