I ordered a dish washer and kettle, no problems with the dishwasher but the kettle had a cracked handle. I reported this on 20th September, told it could not be replaced as out of stock but I could spend more on another one. So I asked to return it. Numerous emails and a telephone call and still nothing. Customer services are hopeless
