This company has the most shocking customer service I have ever experienced. After several unsatisfactory conversations with them. I resorted to commenting on their Facebook page - which did elicit a response, quickly followed by them blocking me from making further comments - I assume from this that they have no intention in resolving the complaint. They simply wish to hide the true nature of their negligence from other unsuspecting customers.
Their 'registered installers' are not adequately trained or tested and there is no follow-up for installers who do not complete the work. We had an Intergas boiler installed by a registered installer but he didn't complete the commissioning report. The boiler is now breaking down after less than a year but it is not covered by the warranty because it was not commissioned. The company want to charge us to have it commissioned (which they are unable to do before the end of the warranty period - so we will then have to pay for the repairs)
Don't get an Intergas boiler if you want something that you can reply on for more than 6 months and don't expect any support or sympathy from this appalling company.
