I think it's sad that during this pandemic, nurses...

I think it's sad that during this pandemic, nurses don't have any compassion for loved ones who are calling in to check up on a loved one inside the hospital. Bad enough we can't be next to our loved because of this covid-19 virus. My son has been in there for almost a week and they can't find out whats wrong with him.... I try not to call more than twice a day for the same reason, cause the nurses sound annoyed when I call in..I've had two girls that answer when I call, Diamond and Elizabeth who were really nice and compassionate and sound like they actually care. The sad thing is that ONLY one of his nurses has been nice when I call to find out status of my son, his name is Tim, that is really nice of you Tim.Every time I call and ask to speak to a Dr. their response is he is busy, we will have him call you back. Like I mentioned earlier my son has been there for a week and the Dr. has reached out twice... I feel like the staff should be a little more considerate during this difficult time of the virus... to the staff; they are just patients to you , but to us out here waiting to here news from them, they are our loved ones!
