The staff was really nice and helpful. I found a ring online and upon reaching the third floor to buy it, the woman helping me looked so sad/disappointed when I showed her the picture of the aquamarine Peretti ring. It's a tiny chain, not really a ring at all and NOTHING like the picture on their website. She apologized profusely saying I was the third person in a row who came in with that request and she wished Tiffany would take it off the website. She was so sweet but I left empty-handed. Shame on you, Tiffany & Co. and Elsa Peretti!
