My family and I recently visited Pugi VW to learn more about VW and more specifically about the Jetta. After having test driven a model in Mt. Prospect, I was eager to learn more about the VW including the safety of the vehicle as we were not given much information on the auto. Lisa Marion-Nnene educated us on the exterior, interior, motor and safety features that are very important with two teens ready to get their driving permits. She also provided information on other models we were considering like the Passat and Tiguan. Lisa impressed us with her friendly customer service and great knowledge of the Jetta. She is a pleasure to work with and she aims to please. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone in the market for a VW.
