For all my past experiences, I do like Canadian tire for its good customer service. But today I had the worst experience! We took our bike to Canadian tire to fix the seat, there is a really friendly girl helped us schedule everything and she told us to come back in 10-15 mins to pick up the bike. When we come back in 15 mins, there is nobody at the bike session, so we pressed call for assistance button. There is a guy came and I believed his name is Richard. He is really angry for no reason and asked us are u guys come for online order? . And we said we just come to pick up the bike, and all of sudden he start shouting at us saying: you guys not supposed to press this button! You should call someone from the sports section. And then he slammed the door at us and went inside. I mean come on, how can we know we cannot press that button when it s written press here if you need any help. The worse thing is he even shouted at the girl who helped us before and told her why she told us to come back in 15 mins! It should be 24 hrs for picking up the bike! I feel really bad for that girl. She is just trying to help us to get bike earlier because it s already ready. I hope if there is any Canadian Tire customer service manager read this review, please at least train your employees properly so that they don t shout at the customers. Peace.
