For an agency who's role is to support the public with getting jobs, Thorn Baker most assuredly does not live up to expectations and to my honest opinion has been utterly useless. Thorn Baker and the agent I contacted were a complete waste of time. Thankfully having my side business has kept me well supported and for future preference I will be looking elsewhere along with recommending those who ask me to others as well.
