Wait time was utterly ridiculous. Triage nurse told us my boyfriend s dog bite was serious and he needed attention immediately....instead we waited for 4+ hours without being seen. I repeatedly asked for a wait time and got no straight response except for being directed toward a screen with estimated wait times. We watched numerous people go in ahead of him that had arrived after us (none of whom seemed in excruciating pain). When I informed them we had been waiting for much longer than the longest expected wait time (232 minutes) and that his pain had worsened to a 9/10, they were once again no help and responded fairly rudely. We left only to go to GMBC the next morning where we were admitted and in a room within 90 minutes. However I do have to admit the facility was very clean.
