Sat with a friend in the ERA for 6 hours. She was brought in for dangerously high blood pressure, left in the hallway and was not checked on , not one time. Finally we asked them to remove her IV and they wouldn't. An hour later again asked the same , they wouldn't. A half hour later she removed it her self and went home.
