We bought a 3000 euro metropolis brown floor, we went to the company, we chose the slab and we signed it, specifying with everyone until we were exhausted that they did NOT have to polish the stone because we wanted it raw and rough. The plan arrives yesterday: panic. It's smooth like a bowling alley, it looks like it's made of plastic, it sucks. We ask for explanations, we call, write, and nothing: not an email, a phone call, nothing. Like talking to a wall. After 24 hours no explanation, no response. 1000% fail
