My child's pic arrived full of a glare on one side...

My child's pic arrived full of a glare on one side of her face. I called into the office to speak them about it as it was only on one half of her face and she was very distraught that this pic would hang in our house for all to see with her looking like she had 'oiled' half her face. Heather was amazing to deal with and Edge took care of the issue immediately. Within 5 minutes I was online ordering a beautiful picture of my daughter. One happy customer at the moment!!!! Thank you!
