This is my 4th time coming to Camelback. On the 3 times coming here, we ve stayed at another hotel due to high prices and would just come here for the indoor water park. This was my 1st coming here and staying in the lodge. All I have to say is wow! Check in was quick and easy, and they even gave us the room early. The room is spectacular! Up to date rooms, a nice view , and the bed was comfy and CLEAN! The water park was packed, I wouldn t say it was 50% capacity. I d say more. Many people don t fallow the 6 feet restrictions, and the board to surf on is not wiped of after someone uses it. Quick lines, and the slides are incredible! I wouldn t recommend the Venus fly trap to anyone who is nervous about Covid. If you only have a party of 2 you need to go with someone else for you to go down the slide. I went on with a party i didn t even know. Life guards are professional, and their masks are on at all times. After the water park we headed snow tubing. Also incredible but again, most people don t fallow 6 feet restrictions. Lodge staff are attentive and always ready to respond. We had a problem turning off the air conditioner, so a staff member came within seconds after calling the front desk. Food is decent. For breakfast i d recommend french toast. My travel companion ordered The Camelback and was served small portions of eggs, home fries. On our 1st time coming here (before staying at the lodge) we stayed at Neptune s and the food was meh . I suggest traveling outside the lodge for great food. 100% recommended this place. Prices are worth it and don t be hesitant with booking!
