My aunt was very skiddish with her new car purchase. So I decided to over see the sale to make sure everything went smoothly. Upon meeting our salesmen, yaya shurafa, our worries vanished. We were met with courtesy, honesty, and respect, which is rare in car sales. I double checked all the paperwork, only to find that everything was accurate. I have purchased over 4 vehicles personally in 5 years and all of them had negative sides. But not at stokes. Honesty and customer service is their main priority. Especially Mr. Shurafa in particular. I can assure you our next honda purchase will be from Shurafa himself. The way everything was broken down and put in ways a old lady can understand and not be confused. Good job stokes. You should consider yaya for teaching/instructing sales staff, He is a major asset to your company......
