The service tech was very knowledgeable and polite worked quickly and explained what he was doing and took care of the noisy garage doors you can hardly hear them operate now they needed a good lubrication which I had failed to do over the past couple of years but since I had bought their top-of-the-line door and mechanisms it has a lifetime warranty and the lubrication he applied at a discounted service call rate work perfect I highly recommend them
