Ordered a hat from them through Amazon on 4/17/20 ...

Ordered a hat from them through Amazon on 4/17/20 and it has still not arrived and on Amazon is marked as most likely lost. I had emailed but Amazon has a separate inbox that I was not aware of so I did not see the replies stating it was on its way and here is the tracking link. ( appreciate the replies but still did not give me anymore information than I already had) so when I hadn't seen the response due to the Amazon "all messages" mix up I decided to call then directly. The first customer service lady was rude, talked over me, tried to tell me she had no manager at first, and then hung up on me. She told me they won't cancel the order so I just have to keep waiting. I call back and talk to another lady that is a lead. She was nicer(and appreciate her trying to help and being understanding of my frustrations of the companies policies.)and then later she did text me to tell me if it isn't here tomorrow they will refund it, but if the hat comes I have to return it.(which I understand) But after all the hassle and frustration after being plenty patient past the intended delivery date, I WILL NEVER be ordering from this company again! I understand they can't control the shipping but they could offer to give the refund without a HUGE stressful hassle. They can get their shipping cost back from FedEx. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company and their customer service!!!! *I did edit this review to include that I was sent email responses that I wasn't seeing. I appreciate this person's quick responses since. And I appreciate the refund. But I have spent A LOT of time and it has not been fun for nothing NOW. I just wouldn't take the risk again. I am out time and no hat. Could have ordered and received from elsewhere already:/
