I contracted with Quality 1st Basements in May for...

I contracted with Quality 1st Basements in May for a dehumidifier and wall covering. They told me the installation was like 3 weeks out but my sales rep got that date pulled in. About an hour after the installers left, I went to the basement and found that the top of the wall covering had come completely unglued. I texted the installers but they were at the next job and refused to come back. I indicated that my credit card should not be charged and they claimed that they called the office and relayed that message. I contacted the sale rep and sent him the photos and he said he would get the office to call me immediately. Then I found my credit card had been charged for the full amount! I contact the sales rep again but no response. The products seem to be very high quality, dehumidifier is great (and should be for the price) but it's the worst customer service ever. Apparently they are too busy selling these pricey products to care much about their customers.

July 15th, 2019: as a update, the company sent technicians to my house today, and they reinstalled the products. Again, the products are top notch, but the service has been rough. I greatly appreciate the follow-up and effort to make everything right.
