Our experience with Globalia has been less than pleasant. Originally in January of 2020 we hired them to perform tasks that we and our team couldn't complete due to being somewhat complex.
We valued their opinion being a "Leader" in digital agencies in Canada. We had agreed on a 40H / Month with a basic strategy that would continue on for multiple months based on touchpoints in advanced on agreed concentrations and focuses.
Upon our first month of delivery the so called delivery was less than half the time agreed upon. At that time we became weary as we weren't getting delivered what was agreed upon.
Hubspot onboarding through them is basically a training session that they will charge you for. Every conversation is billed. Worse than a lawyer!
At that time we decided to give them a chance to deliver and still to this day, no delivery has taken place. No understanding from their team and no acknowledgement either.
I do believe that they can deliver but I would never take the contact approach.

Our experience has been less than satisfactory!
Our Service has been mediocre at best
YouTube could've helped us more at this point.

No future communications from their team. Dissapointed in our experience. Be weary of doing business here
