Good conference facilities let down by poor food choices: limited option, outrageously expensive and as awful service as you can ever fear finding, particularly in one of the Starbucks. (30 minute queue to find they hadn't a clue how to make a cup of tea but we're willing to charge far more than ant Starbucks in the city centre all the same.)
