I arrive at the emergency room at 9:20 in the morning because of a blow yesterday that still hurts my son, when I arrived there were hardly any patients. It's 13.20 and they still haven't called him for the x-ray. I understand that in the emergency room you have to have patience, but I have not seen a child waiting 4 hours for an X-ray in any hospital. And it is no use asking because they have no idea. Finally we left at 2:15 pm, after asking for the second time everything is clarified. They were calling the child in the adult room, they acknowledge the mistake and apologize. I appreciate the sincerity. The medical attention was good.
