I placed an order online after confirming by email the availability of the product and the date of shipment. They immediately charged me the amount in account and sent the invoice, so I did not care. Three days later, and without a sad phone call, they let me know by mail that they have made an error and they sent me a 1 liter bottle instead of the 0.70 bottle, which is why they stop shipping until they pay difference. Logically, I tell them that it is too late to manage another order and they do not even offer their apologies. A pity their bad management, because they have good products.
