I purchased a vehicle a year ago from here and have had nothing but issues from the service department since. I purchased a vehicle in August of 2017 and it was in the shop 2 months later in October of 2017. More than a year later I have attempted to bring my vehicle in twice for the same active symptoms as it had in 2017 along with recall and warranty work, I was told that the issue from the prior year was not the cause and that the diagnostic time was between 48-56 hours without rental vehicle. After asking when the diagnostic time would drop low enough to bring it in for one day testing, I was not answered.
The following week my car was still having active symptoms...then my car died. After speaking with the service manager, I was told if I could bring it in that day, it could be fixed. However, how could I bring it in if it already died?

I had tried to take my vehicle in 2 different times for work and irregular behavior and it had to take my 2014 Ford Focus Titanium stalling with no start to finally be recognized as an immediate issue.

I took my vehicle to a different Ford dealership to be serviced and it was diagnosed and serviced in the same day of 24 hours with all warranty and recall work complete. I will never take my vehicle back to Nalley Ford s service department again nor will I recommend it.
