I wanted to order tickets for my nieces birthday as a surprise.. I ordered the tickets but received an email stating that there was a problem that occurred with the card. I called customer service to resolve the issue and they told me to fax over the drivers license of the card holder. I then proceeded to go to staples right away to further resolve the issue. I paid for the image to be faxed over then called the company back which they then told me it was unclear which was after I had left .. so I drove back to staples to make the photo legible and I even enlarged it so that they can read it .. I paid once again at staples and called your customer service and still they said it's not legible .. I don't understand what the issue is . I made the photos as clear as possible and I tried everything I could to fix the situation. I refused to drive back to staples and pay once again to send over a fax. I will just wait for my refund to come through and I will not recommend this site to any of my friends and family. wish something could have been done . I don't understand why this whole fax situation had to even happen. customer service didn't even seem to care about my situation :(
