Horrible staff. Have asked for two pair of shoes from a guy. Have been waiting for 15 min on the couch. Realised that the other member of staff brought two boxes and put far away from me. Had an intuitive feeling it was for me. But decided to wait. And a person whom I have originally approached was with another customer. He wasn't even paying attention to me or replying to my enquirers about the shoes. So I took the boxes, shoes were indeed for me. Tried them on. Had questions about the support and colours. Found no staff around. And I just left. Frustrating experience.
