One of the worst company in Warranty I sent the laptop twice , first they send it back with a lot of scratch because of bad package , second they did the same with second chance there was another scratch ON THE TOP COVER, the customer service lady tried to help but she couldn't do more than her authority , I'm a Field service engineer I know what customer service means to the customer . this company is so bad and careless maintenance department. I don t like to use their product at all................................
