Decided it was time to buy a new car and pass my old one on to my Daughter. a new Prius turned out to be the best fit for the family, so I started looking for a place to buy. After talking to multiple salesmen at different dealerships, Dorschel earned my business hands down. They way I was treated was so different and so much easier and more enjoyable than other dealers. I dealt with Will, and he was awesome, but I get the feeling that my good experience was also due in part to the Dorschel sales model that took the pressure off and allowed their people to focus on me and what I was looking for. By contrast, the salespeople at the regular dealerships just made you feel like they were out to give you the worst deal they could get away with. It was also great to have one (awesome) person to deal with throughout the whole experience and not to have to play the "let me talk to my manager" game. Due to the bad experiences like this, I have generally turned to doing my own research online and not talking to a dealer until I am ready to buy. Now that I have had this experience, I will be heading to Dorschel as soon as I know I need a car and I will be letting them educate me on my options. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Dorschel and I will be back the next time for sure.
