In August bought a lounge sofa at the entrance garden in Rosmalen during the sale. Indicated that I would like that bank (which was demonstrated there) for that price (an employee then states that he has packed it behind and gets it for us). This lounge sofa was stored for 3 months and unpacked when moving. Turns out that a pillow is missing. Called 5 times with the Intratuin, also with the owner, will not do anything about this, these are the condition. What nonsense is, bought exactly the same bed for my parents-in-law, which is complete, and indicated that I wanted that bed for the price (and an employee then gives a package with missing pillow). Owner is very rude on the phone, do not look at which solution is possible. Very dissatisfied with the CUSTOMER SERVICE (although this cannot be called customer service). In the end not yet helped, conclusion: now a lounge bed / couch in the house worth a few hundred euros, which I cannot use because there is a lounge cushion missing. VERY DISSATISFIED. The owner can also use a communication course, while I explain the problem she talks through my story, she raises her voice several times and talks through me continuously. Finally, it is mandatory to give a star, as far as I am concerned, Intratuin Rosmalen does not deserve a star.
