Staff was incredibly friendly & informative. The wait was long but accurate from when I had called before arriving and worth the wait. Even though I could not go in with my cat I felt she was well taken care of and looked after. The parking lot was staffed with a friendly and knowledgeable Technician checking everyone in. Great experience.
