Bought a used Acura TSX that had just come onto the lot that day, still dirty. No high-pressure negotiation, just straightforward "here's what we're asking", which was more than fair for an exceptionally pristine used car. Charles was great, facilitated the deal easily, and went the extra mile to track down the extra key from the previous owner. Not only that, they got me an interest rate 8% lower than what I walked into the dealership with. Overall, it was a great transaction.
