Bank preference was not respected after stating numerous times & sales agent confirming. Told to return to fix documents & upon arriving told it was to late, they had been finalized. Had to buy back loan, waited over a month to get any information and had to reapply 3 times due to mistakes on their end. Even after the car deal was made and I had a simple question, their customer service sucked. Maybe its just me & I have bad luck with service but I could never receive a call back either. Everytime I'm transferred, all I get is a machine so I had to drive in to ask my question. BTW, do not get the GAP insurance through them unless you don't have options. Its too complicated & you have to deal with making all the phone calls and sending paperwork. First Automotive(GAP) doesn't do anything on their end to assist you through the process.
