The hotel is beautiful and very large. Unfortunately, access to the rooms is mostly from one side and confusing. Generally, if you are not near the elevator, you have a long walk. I had problems getting some services from the night crew, but finding the ice machine, having a card that opened the ice room, or getting the ice delivered (as suggested), took 4 calls, 1 hour and an indifferent staff. The blankets were thin, which was surprising, for a 5 star hotel. The day staff was wonderful, but for the hotel's rating and cost, I really felt there should have been no issues.
