Not only was the food spectacular in presentation and taste, but the service level was equally exceptional. As a full-time, single mother, planning a large Bat Mitzvah, I needed all the help I could get. David Silber was/is a true, trust-worthy partner who helped me think out and plan my event, from food selection to facilitating decor. I would not think of hiring anyone else for any event I plan.

P.S. people are still emailing me and texting me to tell me how great the food was!! Thank you Encore/David Silber!!!!! You guys made the party a huge success.
