The customer service this company offers is a joke...

The customer service this company offers is a joke. When you call in with an issue, the people handling the calls are so rude and dismissive. I am going to guess that the individuals fielding calls have never received any training and do not know how too e courteous and helpful. Horrendous service. I cannot wait until my property gets rid of them. Granted, we do not pay them a lot, but there is the issue. You get what you pay for.
