Sam was very thorough. He explained what he was doing, and looking for, during the diagnostic period. He then fixed the problem and made sure we were comfortable with operating the system. He took the time to make sure the app was working on both of our phones.
Sam is a TOTAL asset to Sunny Services. It is nice to finally have someone that doesn't rush through without letting you know what caused the problem.
