I ordered one set of sheets and loved them so much I ordered another set the next month (March 2017) We just last week, discovered one of the fitted sheets was missing the elastic. (My husband in washing the sheets and making the bed each week) never noticed - too funny . In phoning Kelly who was so kind in her response assured me another would be sent right away. The quality of these sheets is amazing. They re still like new. The quality of their customer service says it all in this.
