I called to make an appointment for an estimate on putting a split ac system in my house and their technician R came to do a walk thru. A couple weeks went by, no news from him so I called and a gentleman answered but didn't say who his name was. I told him what happened he said he would tell R to give me an estimate and again no response either from the technician or the office until today.

This is not a cheap project (I had several estimates from different companies and they go around $8 - 10k) but yet this company doesn't see a need to complete an estimate. Definitely this company doesn't value customers.
