Beautiful, but an absolutely negative experience.
Booked via edreams, they welcome us by telling us that they do not know edreams and that the credit card guarantee does not guarantee room availability. Then I tell me that if I do not have a passport can not accept me: I had but with a maturity of four months, so I had an identity card with which I had come to Egypt and got the Visa. Eventually they give in (they had no rooms) and they tell us that they give us a suite for two (work colleagues). We refuse and propose a room with a small bed (we refuse, since my colleague is very tall). A hotel manager arrives and resolves the situation with a suite instead of the normal room. Upon registration they tell us that breakfast was not included (it was clearly mentioned in the reservation) and in the end they do it. Everything from 22:45 to 01:15. I enter the room, looking for an outlet to charge your phone. I just tell you that, among other things, there were pieces of nail behind the bedside table. I do not describe the state of the microwave. My colleague had to change rooms: someone had vomited and the room had not been cleaned. Is that enough to justify a star?
