The worst at customer service, when their services...

The worst at customer service, when their services are not working they always try to blame it on you (if it was working I wouldn t be calling you), and when they finally send some one out, surprise! It s not you it s them. Spent 5 years complaining about how slow the internet was only to find out that they left a part on the end of our line that was filtering down our connection. It s B.S. that we can t have other providers because of them. Is that even legal?
