My experience overall at Duke Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac was great. I'd receive a phone call bright and early in the morning saying that my car was ready for pick up. I was really surprised how fast my vehicle was ready. That was really impressive! However, like to see in the future better credit card acceptance readers that allows scanning your payment from your phone. I did have one concern when Lindsey told the gentleman that shuttle customer to bring my car up. He walks out into the rain towards my car. I was standing there waiting for him to drive up and saw the light come on for a moment and then go off. After a few minutes, he steps out the car and waves me over. Once I get to him, he tells me that my car won't start. It's showing on the dash low battery. He said that he had tried it twice and that maybe I should give it a try and see what happens. I get in and starts it up and there wasn't a low battery light is on the dash. He said he didn't know it was a stick shift and that he never driven one before and this was his 2nd time seeing a manual Camaro like this. He'd apology and I understood because he didn't know it was manual vehicle.
