Worst 'luxury' hotel i've stayed at.

Worst 'luxury' hotel i've stayed at.

1) You have to wait in a long queue to check in, while the concierge sweet talks customers.

2) The carpet in the rooms is from the jail era and so is the equipment like the clothes iron. Carpet is faded while the clothes iron spits out water instead of steam.

3) Non of the electrical power points were working in the room I stayed at. I thought my chargers were broken until i realized it was a problem with the points.

4) The restaurant serves horrible food for the price they charge.

The lobby area is beautiful, but it is not worth staying here just to see the lobby.

You are better off staying at a well known hotel like the Hilton in the same area instead of this so called "luxury" hotel.
