The room was nice and the hot breakfast was better...

The room was nice and the hot breakfast was better than expected. My chief complaint lies in the associate that set up our reservations for my three coworkers and I. We sent in CC authorization forms that were somehow "never submitted", forcing the employees and I to use our personal credit cards to put on file for the hotel. This places needless financial strain on most individuals and sets the tone for a poor experience, despite the rest of the stay being a generally pleasant experience.
