Worst company ever to deal with. Parents are forced to buy first round of pictures before the retake date without knowing if they will do a better job the second time around. Every year my kids' pictures are a disappointment. Their office hours to call in are very limited as well,. I also lost all of my prior pictures of the kids from my profile.
