ER sucks. They do not care about people on psych holds. They leave you sitting with your loved one for hours and hours in a straight back chair. I have had to go through this difficult and heart breaking process here twice now. They have left us now with no information from nursing staff for 9 hours this time. They offered us no drinks in that time. They sat a disgusting meal on my loved ones bed for breakfast and left it. No beverage. I told a nurse up front I did not know who was assigned as our nurse this shift and have no idea what is happening as of today and haven't signed our transfer paperwork yet. She told me she would send my nurse in. That was over an hour ago. They are not that busy. This is the same treatment we received the last time we had to come here. I will not use this facility again . Icing on the cake, the bathroom they allow my loved one to use had "dried fluid" looking areas all over the floor and a huge dead roach all night. I am so over this hospital. Uncaring nursing staff for the most part, unprofessional sitters, nasty.
