There was an unusual rattle noise under my X3 so I booked an appointment. The mechanic took the time to go for a short drive with me so we could listen together and make sure about which noise I was concern about. When they figured out what was wrong, they followed up with a phone call to let me know which part they had to order, and when it would be in. Everything was covered under the warranty and the whole experience was
