DO NOT SIGN LEASE!! First off, they say its against policy to see the unit before moving in. I insisted. They let me in and there was lots of damages to the floor which did eventually get repaired, no light (none in the living room) to really see anything. Door was open and unit being worked on so could not smell mold yet.

$665/mo and comes with - roaches, fleas, mold, & a management team appears to be desperate for money and evictions. They try and get you in 15mo leases or charge obscene amounts for short term leases. Call long term lease a "discount rate" and blame bloated pricing on short term leases on a computer program.

These people want a lawsuit.

Staff gossips about tenants with maintenance. Unprofessional office. Family at the office. Supervisors offer to help remedy all the issues, then go back on their word, due to an email exchange where legitimate comments were taken the wrong way. Really petty company that doesn't deserve more than 1 star. They move slowly and the office is basically open at random hours. Doctors appts and never ending lunches about 3-5 times a month. Have no concept of "customer is right". Will choose to listen to their own people and they look down on tenants. Expect us to tolerate their lackluster performance. Depend on beat down elder and those with kids who can't afford to go other places. Overall, a nightmare. Don't count on them for anything besides taking your money and emailing you fake apologetic emails for issues that should be permanently resolved. They are extremely cheap with their management and just outright don't care. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM. Write the wrong email and they will retaliate by not managing the issues regarding your unit.

Other issues tenants are having

Never picks up the phone (cried about being yelled at, so email only, as they try to get proof of what you said.. Which can get a bit ridiculous, considering there could be a website all tenants are given to submit work orders themselves, and if a tenant is yelling, you just hang up. Or maybe dont work as a property manager? It just doesnt make sense for the property phone line to not be answered.)
Broken A/C units, after fixing bill gets cut in half, so the newer the unit the smaller the bill, old units not replaced
Major roach infestations
Grime buildup on the side of buildings
They don't powerwash, so excessive spider webs on windows (you're expected to clean them yourself)
Maintenance takes forever, until constant emails occur, then it usually happens same day or next day (very odd)
Inconsistent pest control (sometimes they spray unit, other times they dont)
When work order is open, they have permission to enter unit at any time, but work orders take so long, there isnt much privacy.
Major issues like infestations get no serious management, but a parked car in the wrong place will be handled within 1 business day with a notice on every door (odd)

Questions we have... Do you see infestations at business places? Restaurants? Anywhere professional? no. Only here. They've given up on the tenants. DONT LEASE. The only 5 star reviews they have are not related to the properties they manage.
