I was in the market for a new Escape and found one at Baystate that had the options I wanted via Ford's online search tool. I called and they quoted a great price for it. 24 hours later, I drove it off the lot. The whole experience was easy with no hassles, thanks to our sales person Julie who was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely talk to Baystate the next time I need a new car.
