Michael from Quality 1st was extremely helpful. I thought that my utility/laundry room was leaking because of the rain but he discovered that it was the sewer pipe and it may be an easy fix from a plumber. The last two companies that came to look at my leak wanted to take apart my entire basement to see if they could identify the problem which would have cost thousands of dollars. Thank you Michael!
