Setting up the appointment online wad a mess. Thought I had it set up and tire was in stock. Good thing service called. They had me down for service, but no time, vehicle or what needed. My email confirmation did have it all. Tire wasn't in stock so the had to get it from another. When service called we had to change my scheduled time because tire wasn't there. Came in at scheduled time. Took over 2.5 hours to get a new tire put on.
Did get correct tire and waiting room was clean.
